33pmw Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Member Obligations

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 33pmw website accessible at https://33pmw.io, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed the 33pmw registration process and holds an active account.
• "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's account at any given time, net of pending wagers and bonus-restricted funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or reward-tier credits credited to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all 33pmw transactions are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking any registration or login button, or otherwise making use of any Platform service, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by it. This Agreement applies to all Members regardless of the device, browser, or access method used.

33pmw reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 33pmw will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's notice board or registered email address.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is open exclusively to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You are registering and using the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or on behalf of any business entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 33pmw employee or contractor whose role involves Platform operations.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your location and personal circumstances to participate in online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable local laws.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account with 33pmw. Creating duplicate, secondary, or household-shared accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes. 33pmw reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33pmw Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. 33pmw will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 33pmw support immediately via the registered email address [email protected].

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33pmw supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The maximum single deposit per transaction is subject to the limits of the selected payment channel.
• Deposits are normally credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this window, contact support immediately with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 33pmw targets a processing time of up to 24 hours for standard withdrawals. Expedited processing may be available for VIP tier members.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance with this Agreement, including verification that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and that no fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• 33pmw does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the 33pmw account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of a specific bet or game.

• Bets are accepted at the odds or RTP (return-to-player) rate displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at confirmation time are final.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the Platform's in-play acceptance window. 33pmw reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during a period of significant match development.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds, game outcome, or any other material data, 33pmw reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• For cricket markets, settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or tournament organiser). Interrupted matches (weather, abandonment) are settled according to the applicable Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result or, if no official result is declared, all bets on that match are voided.
• For casino games and slots, the game outcome is determined by the provider's certified random number generator. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the game session in question.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

33pmw offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and referral bonuses. All offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cashed out early, or placed on prohibited markets will not count toward wagering requirements.
• 33pmw reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or void bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any activity that 33pmw considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and exclusive tournament access, are determined solely by 33pmw and may be revised at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, all balances (including winnings) forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other Members or with any third party to influence the outcome of a bet, game, or tournament.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to matched betting against the Platform's own positions, bonus cycling, or coordinated bonus exploitation by multiple related accounts.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33pmw Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game content, odds data, and branding — is the exclusive property of 33pmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. No Member may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from 33pmw.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

33pmw does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruption. 33pmw will not be liable for any bets or transactions that cannot be completed due to such interruptions.

11. Privacy & Data

33pmw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected at registration and during KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of Platform services. 33pmw does not sell, rent, or share personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

33pmw is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be activated by contacting support at [email protected] or via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, you will not be permitted to reopen your account for a minimum period of 6 months.

13. Termination

You may close your 33pmw account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal processing terms in Section 5.

33pmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, violation of applicable law, or if required to do so by any regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of termination for cause, 33pmw reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

14. Amendments

33pmw may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments are effective upon publication to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this page before each session if you wish to remain fully informed of the current terms. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of contract law. 33pmw operates on a best-efforts basis to ensure fair and transparent resolution of all disputes. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 33pmw support shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction. Members are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with the Platform.
